Empress Sherell is an independent R&B, soul, and inspirational artist whose music is built on truth, faith, healing, and purpose. Her songs reflect real emotions and life experiences, including love, heartbreak, personal growth, knowing your worth, overcoming pain, and becoming the person God created you to be.

Through projects such as The Truth Came Out, Higher Frequency, and Say My Name, Empress Sherell shares music that encourages listeners to keep moving forward, even when life becomes difficult. Songs including “Scars Tell Stories,” “You Got Me Smiling,” and “Power of a Woman” show her ability to turn personal experiences into music that connects with people and reminds them that their stories matter.

Her journey is about more than music. Empress Sherell has spent many years working in healthcare, caring for others and gaining a deeper understanding of people, compassion, and perseverance. Her healthcare experience and passion for helping others have become an important part of who she is as an artist, creator, and mentor.

She earned an Associate of Applied Science in General Studies from Dyersburg State Community College and is completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Arkansas State University. Her education in psychology has strengthened her understanding of human emotions, behavior, healing, and personal development—all themes that can be heard throughout her music.

Today, Empress Sherell uses her voice, education, creativity, and life experience to inspire others. She also helps independent creators learn how to make music with Suno, create AI videos, edit projects, prepare music for professional release and distribution, and build confidence in their creative journey.

Her message is simple: your past does not determine your future, your story still has purpose, and it is never too late to begin again.
